If an organisation is accredited or approved, this shows that they can safely deliver social services to their community.

People subject to the workforce restriction can apply for a core worker exemption.

Make a complaint about an accredited or approved social service provider or Te Kāhui Kāhu.

Anyone who calls themselves a social worker or works as one must be registered with the Social Worker Registration Board. If someone isn’t registered but is acting like a social worker, you can report it to us.
